Growth-Driven Director, eCommerce & Performance

Homecourt

Homecourt is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own paid media and multi-channel growth across D2C, wholesale and marketplace partnerships. You will optimize channel mix, run incrementality testing, and build a scalable customer acquisition engine that balances CAC, LTV and margin.

This role includes lifecycle marketing, site experience, merchandising, and forecasting alignment with inventory.
