Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular, meaningful discussions with patients to build rapport, listen actively to their experiences, and diagnose any mental or emotional disorders.

• Implement therapeutic strategies and coping mechanisms tailored to assist patients in managing trauma-related challenges.

• Monitor progress regularly and modify treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Stay current with continuing education and professional development through courses that maintain your National Certified Counselor certification.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our package includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
