Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
• Passion for supporting and advocating for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
• Work closely with teachers and families to support student success across school environments
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports and IEP meetings
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative school community
