We Are Hiring: Senior HR Generalist

Location: Austin, Texas (On-Site)

Are you an experienced HR professional who excels at bringing order to fast-paced environments? Our client is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as their lead on-site HR authority in Austin, TX.

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will manage end-to-end human resources and office operations while collaborating closely with our Global HR leadership based at HQ in Bel. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment, Texas employment law compliance, payroll administration, onboarding, and day-to-day workplace management.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Own the full talent lifecycle—from aligning with managers and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, preparing offers, managing I-9 compliance, and delivering a smooth first-90-days experience.

• Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the trusted local contact for conflict management, policy enforcement, and Texas state and federal labor law compliance.

• Payroll & Benefits: Process regular payroll accurately with our external payroll provider and oversee benefits administration and leave requests.

• Office & Facility Coordination: Oversee daily Austin office logistics, health & safety standards, vendor management, and team events to maintain a positive, structured workplace.

• Global Collaboration: Work effectively across time zones (7-hour difference with European HQ) to align global HR goals with local operational needs.

• Experience: 5+ years of broad HR generalist experience across recruiting, Texas labor law, employee relations, and payroll.

• Language: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is not a full stop requirement, but heavily weighted and preferred.

• Key Attributes: Mature, adaptable, highly organized, and proven ability to build structure within fast-paced or unstructured environments.

• Communication: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and discretion when handling sensitive workplace situations.

• Competitive target salary range: $75000-90000 (commensurate with experience)
