• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video calls, ensuring ethical and compassionate therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Your role will involve fostering a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and work towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• You must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Owned a full, unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• No limited or provisional license, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with an authentic and empathetic interpersonal style.
\n
• Proficient computer skills for effective use of our telehealth platform and electronic records.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is preferred. This experience will equip you to manage a diverse caseload of clients effectively, navigate complex treatment scenarios, and foster durable therapeutic relationships with individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and working hours. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus as an added incentive to join our dedicated team. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, with weekly payment through direct deposit ensuring financial stability.
