Upscale Home Care is a non-skilled home care agency committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that supports dignity, independence and peace of mind for our clients. 

Position Summary:
The Client Care Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers. The primary objective of this position is to support and manage our clients and caregivers. This role includes arranging schedules, resolving conflicts, reassigning caregivers as needed, handling client/caregiver inquires, communicating with case managers and providing general assistance with everyday questions.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, compassionate, tactful, detail oriented and able to multitask. 

Responsibilities: 
- Respond to phone/email/text inquires quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with new client setup and obtaining the authorizations. 
- Match and schedule caregivers with client's need.
- Monitor caregiver schedule and adjust/verify missed or late clocks.
- Support clients and caregivers with compassion and respect. 

Compensation: 
- Full-time, in person, hourly position (based on experience) 
- Sick time off after 90 days and PTO after 1 year of hire. 
- Paid legal holidays off.
