What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for OB/GYN patients, assessing their needs and implementing care plans

• Educate patients and their families about procedures, treatments, and postpartum care
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, PCTs, and support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately in medical records
• Assist in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff as needed
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling shifts and assignments

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Prior OB/GYN or related nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules
