Key Qualifications:

• Comfortable assisting with toileting, personal care, and addressing behavioral needs
• Open to working in both 1:1 and general classroom settings
• Able to float across a range of schools and grade levels if needed
• Previous experience in SPED settings is a strong plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support SPED classrooms across K-12, providing direct assistance to teachers and students
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Promote student independence and engagement in daily activities
• Adapt to different school schedules (middle, high, or elementary hours available)
• Collaborate closely with educators and other support staff to ensure student success
