Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, while also providing individual sessions for each partner as needed.

• Engage in comprehensive assessments to identify and address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflict, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that facilitate growth, healing, and improved relational dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide your sessions, adapting your methodology to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Inner Canvas Wellness will focus on a diverse patient population, including couples, families, and individuals. You will address complex dynamics within families, including blended families and issues surrounding separation, divorce, and role conflicts, particularly mother/daughter relationships. Engaging with both adults and children/adolescents, you will provide therapeutic support that is comprehensive and person-centered.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
