CLINIC MANAGER

Aspirus Cardiology Clinic, Wausau, WI

Full Time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period)

Monday – Friday day shift, generally no weekends

This is a chance to shape our outpatient specialty programs within Cardiology , elevate patient experience, and guide a team through meaningful, lasting change. What You’ll Lead

• Aspirus Research Institute , Ideal Weight Solutions, and Clinical Support teams

• Managing budgets, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships

• Workflow and process improvement initiatives

• Patient experience and access optimization

• Collaboration with cardiologists, APPs, diagnostics, CT Surgery and scheduling teams

This role is ideal for a leader who:

• Has a minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience as a supervisor or manager, RN is preferred

• Prior experience working with research teams is highly desired

• Enjoys improving systems and creating structure

• Leads with clarity, empathy, and accountability

• Values autonomy and wants room to innovate
