NOW HIRING: Production Manager - Swing Shift | Henderson, NV

Full-Time | Direct Hire | $50,000-$75,000 | Swing Shift

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations on the swing shift in a fast-paced automotive recycling environment.

This is a working leadership role. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the floor and in the yard with their team, understands automotive operations, and can troubleshoot issues, maintain productivity, and keep the operation moving.

What You'll Lead

• Oversee daily swing shift production including vehicle intake, depollution, processing, and yard placement
• Lead, coach, and work alongside production employees to maintain productivity and quality
• Ensure safe removal and handling of automotive fluids, fuel, refrigerants, batteries, catalytic converters, and other regulated materials
• Maintain efficient vehicle flow and minimize production bottlenecks
• Oversee yard organization, workflow, and daily production priorities
• Track production materials and commodities including metals, fluids, cores, and other recoverable materials
• Monitor equipment readiness, inspections, and maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot operational and basic mechanical issues as they arise
• Enforce SOPs, safety requirements, and production standards
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in automotive, production, manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or industrial operations
• Automotive or mechanical experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience working with vehicles, equipment, tools, or mechanical systems is a plus
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
• Strong understanding of production workflow and operational efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles, equipment, and automotive materials
• Must be available to work the swing shift
