Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions according to established therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring all records reflect the current status of the treatment plan.

• Provide crisis intervention and management skills when faced with patient emergencies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.

• Advocate for additional services and resources as needed to enhance patient care and support.
\n
• Regularly communicate with clients' families, educating them about treatment options and progress.

• Monitor and report any significant changes in a client’s behavior, utilizing appropriate mental health frameworks to respond effectively.

• Employ time management skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality care within the context of a busy caseload while minimizing paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. This role requires a compassionate approach to understanding the complexities of each client's experiences, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Completed a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possess a valid independent license in California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to make informed professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning and implementation.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills combined with a heartfelt and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms to ensure effective remote patient interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
