Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. While we operate Monday through Saturday, you will have the freedom to create and manage your own schedule, enabling you to meet the diverse needs of your patients while accommodating your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Perform initial comprehensive patient assessments, triaging care as necessary, and making appropriate referrals for additional services.
\n
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with departmental standards and participate in patient rounds to facilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.

• Demonstrate competence in providing care that addresses the physical, psychological, social, and safety needs of diverse patient populations across various age groups.
\n
• Manage caseloads effectively, collaborating with hospital and community professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care that enhances treatment outcomes.
\n
• Complete ethical documentation within specified timelines, ensuring all records reflect the necessary clinical information for effective patient management.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients achieve their individualized service goals and foster personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base consisting of individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will involve engaging with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects individual differences and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW issued by the State of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional credentials and training in mental health support are beneficial.

• Capacity to commit to 10 to 40 hours of patient sessions weekly, offering flexibility in scheduling while maintaining patient continuity.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a focus on outpatient care.

• Experience in applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and others aligned with client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
