Inspire Change Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Community Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time role allows you to conduct therapy in a remote setting, providing vital support to clients facing mental health challenges. The therapist will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, cultivating relationships with clients through evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments at the start of treatment to define individual client needs including emotional stability, motivation, and psychological wellness.

• Design tailored treatment plans to achieve client-centered goals employing interventions based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Responds appropriately to urgent mental health concerns, providing immediate support and intervention as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to the latest research to enhance personal clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to build trust with clients, ensuring a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
