Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, ensuring that they are on track toward their treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, adjusting strategies as required.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring updated progress notes and treatment plans are maintained.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs effectively.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to encourage client engagement.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or an equivalent field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with computer systems such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
