Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health conditions and identify their individual needs.
\n
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' therapy goals, employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Provide individual counseling sessions to adults, utilizing solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches.
\n
• Deliver teletherapy sessions, adapting therapeutic interventions to a virtual format while ensuring a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for clients.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention services as necessary, offering immediate support and developing safety plans for clients in distress.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health best practices, enhancing treatment efficacy.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, therapists will work primarily with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relational issues. The approach is client-centered, focusing on building trust and rapport to foster a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client interactions and collaboration.
\n
• Empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
\n
• Unblemished professional history with no disciplinary actions on your professional board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a teletherapy setting is highly preferred, enabling effective virtual engagement with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved communities.
\n
