This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home or preferred location while maintaining access to our outpatient office located in Irving. Our facility is open Monday through Saturday, providing flexible scheduling opportunities for our team of therapists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups, incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to specific client needs.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on initial assessments, ensuring that care is responsive and effective.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans, participating actively in team meetings and patient rounds.

• Provide thorough case management, collaborating with hospital and community resources to facilitate holistic and well-rounded care for assigned patients.
\n
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities to assist clients in achieving their individualized service goals and enhancing their mental health and quality of life.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions, workshops, and supervision to continually refine your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that each client receives tailored support designed for their unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must be fully licensed in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule, offering anywhere from 10 to 40 hours of clinical sessions per week, depending on your availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is required.
\n
• Experience working with cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in case management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
