What You’ll Be Doing Create, manage, and organize project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and schedules Assist in project setup and closeout, including gathering final documentation, warranties, and as‑builts Maintain and distribute updated project drawings and logs to stakeholders Prepare and route subcontractor and vendor documentation including subcontracts, POs, and COs Communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress Attend project meetings and record/distribute meeting minutes Monitor project schedules and provide support in updating tasks or timelines Support field teams by coordinating material deliveries, inspection schedules, and document control Assist in document filing and project folder maintenance on shared drives or project management software Who You Are 2+ years of experience in administrative or project support, ideally within construction or engineering environments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable learning new software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to work onsite at Felix’s office or construction locations in Arizona Why Join Felix Construction Felix Construction is more than a company—we are an employer and contractor of choice with the leadership and infrastructure to sustainably execute on our growth and deliver on our brand promise.
