Help Desk Manager

Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Help Desk Manager to support Dept of the Navy at the Pentagon Responsibilities Oversee and manage the help desk team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development. Establish and maintain customer service standards, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and technical issues. Track and evaluate the performance of help desk staff, developing feedback reports and implementing strategies for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent 5+ years of progressive help desk experience with strong mentoring and analytical skills. Must have an active Secret clearance ITIL v4 certification is required Helpdesk Customer Service Representative Certification is desired.
