Help Desk Manager — ITIL Lead for Govt IT Services

This role involves supervising operations, managing technical staff, and ensuring compliance with ITIL standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT support experience, strong leadership skills, and a current ITIL v4 certification.
