Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse patient population, identifying specific needs and designing appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment regimens, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
• Continuously assess patients' clinical signs and progress towards their recovery goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans using the clinic's electronic record system.
• Educate patients and their families regarding their rehabilitation process, addressing concerns and outlining potential challenges.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization targets and other business objectives, contributing to the clinic's operational success.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from other specialties within the clinic to ensure coordinated care for patients receiving multiple services.
• Actively embody the clinic's core values and promote a positive culture within the organization, serving as an ambassador for our mission.

Qualifications
