Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed progress notes reflecting patient improvements, challenges, and ongoing strategies, all while adhering to established guidelines and policies.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and self-care strategies to foster independent recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans proactively.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and contribute to the ongoing development of clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will work with a diverse client base, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, stroke, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
