Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of residents' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs upon admission and regularly thereafter to tailor treatment plans.
• Design and execute individualized treatment programs focusing on building strength, enhancing mobility, and promoting functional independence.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, to address specific patient impairments.
• Document residents' progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, evaluating outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Engage actively in team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive care strategies, ensuring the delivery of quality care for our residents.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families, empowering them with home exercise programs and self-care strategies to maintain their physical health.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and professional ethics, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or debilitating conditions, particularly within the geriatric demographic. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
