Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, employing structured interviews and standardized tools to gain insights into clients’ mental health concerns and strengths.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to address individual client needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care, to foster client growth.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, psychiatrists, and outreach coordinators, to ensure each client receives holistic care tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate emotional support and strategies to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, showcasing the importance of early intervention and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist with the Valor Center, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing both adults and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent mental health license, including LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD, is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
