Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions for clients, ensuring individual, family, and group therapy sessions are tailored to unique needs.

• Facilitate initial and ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Develop, implement, and actively revise individualized treatment plans that effectively address emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on comprehensive treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
