Career Coach & Case Manager — Workforce Development

Kaizen Lab Inc.

An organizational development nonprofit in Baltimore is seeking a Case Manager to provide career readiness assistance and case management for residents in targeted communities. The role involves developing individualized career plans, connecting program members to training and employment opportunities, and tracking participant success. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with at least two years of experience in community development.
