Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions to identify individual needs and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, physician directives, and patient goals.
• Provide high-quality, hands-on physical therapy, utilizing modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education resources.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols in alignment with their evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and pain management strategies to ensure continued progress outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic healthcare management systems for documentation and patient records.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
