Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our thriving team in Palm Bay, Florida. This full-time, onsite role is integral to guiding patients on their journey toward restored movement and enhanced quality of life. As a physical therapist within our multidisciplinary practice, you will play a vital role in providing personalized assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

We primarily cater to patients with private medical insurance, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal health.

Work Environment

You will work in a collaborative outpatient office setting alongside a supportive team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our environment fosters a culture of learning and growth, ensuring that staff members are well-supported in their professional journey. The clinic operates five days a week, from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments to determine individual patient needs and set realistic rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a manageable caseload, providing focused care to one patient per hour, allowing ample time for thorough evaluation and treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement effective treatment plans that enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Incorporate diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient.
• Empower patients by educating them about their conditions, treatment options, and preventative strategies for long-term wellness.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate communication with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and address multifaceted health issues.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress notes thoroughly to maintain continuity of care and compliance with regulations.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle through fitness and wellness programs that promote strength, flexibility, and balance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic primarily includes individuals seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Our clientele may range from active athletes to older adults managing chronic pain conditions. Your role will center on employing a personalized approach to treatment, ensuring each patient receives care aimed at maximizing their recovery and functional capacity.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Proven professionalism with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop comprehensive exercise protocols.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically with the WebPT system, to streamline patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience as a physical therapist within an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in patient management and customized therapy approaches will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
