If so, Deloitte’s GPS FinOps (Financial Operations) (GPS Enterprise Solutions) team might be the perfect place for you!Work you'll doAs a Senior Product Specialist on the GPS FinOps (Financial Operations) team, you will be responsible for:Translating finance strategy and business requirements into system enhancements and communicating requirements to technology teams for developmentManaging the finance systems portfolio, including backlog prioritization, program increment execution, governance tracking, risk escalation, and PMO oversightLeading user acceptance testing, release readiness, hypercare activities, and defect resolution for finance system enhancements and deploymentsMonitoring system operations, data integrity, and alignment between finance systems and the general ledger across manual and automated processesEvaluating system integrations, identifying process improvements, assessing design alternatives, and leading analysts in the US and India supporting finance-led systemsA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe teamGPS FinOps (Financial Operations) within Government Solutions & Innovation (GSi) serves as US finance application portfolio subject matter experts, to implement and manage innovative solutions and changes through governance and change management to meet the technology needs of finance and the US firm. Joining the team provides an opportunity to drive the future vision of the Finance organization.QualificationsRequired:5+ years of experience in finance systems, financial operations, product management, portfolio management, or business systems support3+ years of project management experience managing cross-functional or cross-departmental teams on complex projects3+ years of hand on DelTek experience3+ years of experience with finance systems and processes, including SAP Primed, CP3 Pricing, Beacon, or other finance applications3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or another business or technical fieldAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or another business or technical fieldExperience working in a professional services environmentExperience managing finance system enhancements, deployments, or upgradesExperience coordinating user acceptance testing, change management activities, or post-production supportExperience working with business, finance, and technology stakeholders in a matrixed organizationExperience supporting issue escalation, governance routines, or portfolio reporting for system initiativesFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,600 - $179,900.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
