You will collaborate across the organization to deliver continious value. An inclusive culture and opportunities for growth and mobility.Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.Enhance and optimize automation frameworks, processes, and test execution efficiency.Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases, scenarios, and test data.Execute automated and manual tests; analyze outcomes and log/track defects through closure.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide actionable feedback.Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices and standards.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; evaluate and adopt new tools/technologies to improve automation.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleBuild and maintain robust automation frameworks using advanced scripting/coding; stay current on new tools and techniques.Perform API testing with appropriate tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
