Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations due to orthopedic issues, developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Utilizing a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, stretching protocols, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, adjusting strategies based on observable outcomes and ongoing assessments.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment processes, fostering understanding of exercise regimens, and teaching the correct use of assistive devices such as braces or walkers.
• Participating in inter-professional team meetings to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient's recovery pathway.
• Continuously reviewing current best practices and keeping abreast of industry trends by attending professional workshops and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
