You'll have the opportunity to positively influence others and grow both personally and professionally.Position Type: Full-timeWhy Join Us:Fun work environment with the chance to positively impact othersFlexible scheduling and closed on SundaysLearning directly from experienced Operators and Restaurant LeadersOpportunities for intentional growth and developmentScholarship opportunitiesCompetitive pay and bonus payInsurance benefitsResponsibilities:Business Plan: Develops and implements a comprehensive business/Catering plan to achieve long-term organizational health (Annually)Systems Management: Oversees Catering systems to ensure organizational simplicity and efficiencyPOP Materials: Installs quarterly POP materials per Chick-fil-A standards, communicates and the Support Center initiates changes to the restaurant team, including LTO products, etc.Asset Management: Stewards the Catering assets to ensure high brand standardsCatering table, TMS bags, Cow suit, etc.: Executes management and cleaning of all TMS bags and organization/cleaning of all other Catering assetsFinancials: Ensures complete fiscal responsibility for Catering sales, profitability, team management including:Schedule needs: Works with Executive Director to ensure proper coverage and productivity of the Catering TeamInvoices: Puts together all monthly Catering invoices an ensures all outstanding balances/accounts are settled before end of monthCash Management: Ensures proper cash/credit procedures are enforced in all aspects of Catering activitiesFood Safety: Strictly adheres to all Chick-fil-A food safety processes and establishes strong food safety systemsEmotional Connections Marketing: Creates and oversees execution of community events to drive in-restaurant salesGuest Experience: Ensures highest level of guest experience, including CORE 4 and Second Mile Service at all timesCatering Guests: Cultivates relationships in the community to create consistent catering guests and sales.If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys delivering exceptional service, we want you on our team!
