This role offers a remote working environment, providing flexibility for our team members while maintaining a strong focus on school-based mental health needs. Working hours are flexible, with options for 4x10 and 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to students’ unique needs.

• Interview clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information for accurate assessments and treatment planning.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ concerns and provide interventions in line with established practice standards, maintaining a focus on measurable improvements.
\n
• Coordinate programs and activities that address the social and emotional needs of students, in collaboration with school staff and families.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral therapies, including short-term crisis interventions and referrals to external community resources.
\n
• Establish a therapeutic rapport characterized by compassion, respect, and confidentiality to foster trust with clients.
\n
• Monitor the progress of treatment plans and make adjustments based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate and updated documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinic policies.

• Handle a defined caseload, ensuring all case documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.

• Respond to additional duties or projects as assigned to enhance the overall mental health services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse population of students, addressing a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
