Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support daily warehouse operations in our Bradenton facility. This role combines administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse support, ensuring operations run efficiently and inventory remains fully stocked.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working both at a desk and on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate stock levels of supplies and goods within the warehouse
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Assist with shipping operations, including preparing and applying outbound labels
• Support outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Document and maintain shipment procedures and operational processes
• Provide general administrative support related to warehouse operations
• Assist team members on the warehouse floor during busy periods
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of workspaces and inventory areas

Work Environment

• Active role requiring movement throughout the facility
• Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting/light material handling throughout the shift
• Combination of office and warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, shipping/receiving, or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping systems a plus)
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
