This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home or any location you choose across the USA. We have established a supportive framework that prioritizes your ability to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks. Our Operations team manages scheduling, admissions, and assessments, so you can concentrate fully on your clients and their therapeutic journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth technology, offering evidence-based treatment for various mental health concerns.

• Participate in regular case discussions with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and experiences that enhance therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Engage with the Admissions and Assessment team to facilitate timely client onboarding and support.
\n
• Stay current with mental health trends and participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, including free online CEUs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients primarily consist of adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges. You will be working with a maximum of eight clients in group settings, which fosters deeper engagement and allows for in-depth therapeutic work. Our clients are not just numbers; they are individuals with unique stories and needs, and your role will be crucial in their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Possession of a valid mental health counseling license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) is required; junior-licensed individuals are encouraged to apply for supervised positions.

• Availability to work a minimum of 12 to 40 hours per week, based on whether you accept a 1099 contract or W2 employment.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a plus.
\n
• Familiarity with specific demographic and cultural needs of the adolescent population.

• Experience with therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our organization offers the following benefits:
