Job Description Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Recruiter for our client located in Renton. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity. Our client is looking to interview and hire ASAP! This position will focus on full cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, interviewing, getting them through the hiring process, offers, and onboarding. This will be a very high-volume position and interested candidates must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a preferred skillset, but not required. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years full cycle recruiting Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required Must be proficient working within HRIS and Microsoft Office systems Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can work well independently or in a team setting Pay Details $25.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include: medical dental vision life insurance short-term disability additional voluntary benefits EAP program commuter benefits 401K plan Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
