Customer Success Associate

Research client industries and business activities to support customers with insight and anticipate their needs Run regular customer service review meetings, preparing agendas, supporting documents, and reports Handle ad hoc customer queries and elevate issues to the appropriate teams Identify opportunities to add value through service add-ons Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and distribute them to internal and external stakeholders Generate and maintain reports on customer-centric operations Surface insights and recommend process improvements while meeting deadlines Develop and maintain relationships with customers, local partners, and internal teams Manage Salesforce administration and updates for customer interactions and account activity Review invoice outputs against customer agreements and resolve discrepancies Liaise with billing and finance to ensure invoice accuracy Support the Customer Success team with additional tasks as needed Requirements Energetic, confident graduate with a keen interest in international business Evidence of professional-services experience, such as internships in accounting, consulting, or law, is a plus Alternatively, 1–2 years' experience in a customer or consulting support role within professional services Strong written and verbal English communication skills Additional language fluency is a bonus Proactive, responsive, and self-motivated, with a strong customer-service ethic Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently and effectively Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Experience in a similar role would be advantageous Strong project management skills Ability to communicate confidently with senior personnel Flexibility and adaptability in an evolving environment Ability to manage multiple business relationships effectively Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams.
