Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience and enjoy providing excellent support to visitors, clients, and staff. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist team members with various office tasks as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Pay $18.00-$19.00 an hour.
