Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed as a remote role, permitting therapists to conduct all activities via telehealth. Work hours generally span Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Despite the distance, our team values collaboration and support, ensuring communication remains open and effective through regular virtual team meetings and case consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories, ensuring thorough understanding of their unique experiences and needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's journey towards recovery, focusing on trauma resolution and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for patients to process their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and integrated care for patients.

• Respond to crisis situations, offering critical intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available resources to enhance community support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with state law and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as team meetings focused on trauma-informed care and staying up-to-date with current research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of individuals who have experienced trauma, including PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the recovery of these individuals, providing them with the tools, resources, and therapeutic support necessary for their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with trauma-focused populations.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to remain steady and effective in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and associated technology.
\n
• A proven capability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
