What You’ll DoLead daily kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
Train, coach, and develop BOH team members
Maintain standards for food quality, consistency, speed, and presentation
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met
Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and food cost
Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
Passion for food, hospitality, and team leadership
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Accountability, consistency, and pride in execution
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
