Mex 1 Coastal Cantina

Mex 1 Coastal Cantina is a locally owned, beach-inspired restaurant brand rooted in Baja flavors, quality execution, and good vibes. We’re community-focused, people-driven, and committed to doing things the right way—on the line and off it.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations with a hands-on approach

  • Train, coach, and develop BOH team members

  • Maintain standards for food quality, consistency, speed, and presentation

  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met

  • Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and food cost

  • Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
