Description

• Assess and evaluate patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting tailored treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is a plus
• Specialized certifications (such as neurological or geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory
