Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their strengths, challenges, and specific needs.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) that cater to each child's unique circumstances.
\n
• Regularly monitoring and documenting progress and outcomes in collaboration with team members to ensure the efficacy of interventions.

• Providing emotional and educational support to families, guiding them through the early intervention process to empower them in optimizing their child's growth.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies tailored to the diverse learning styles present in the early childhood population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged 0-3 years with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. You will be key in helping these children achieve significant developmental milestones by offering direct support, developing tailored intervention strategies, and advocating for necessary resources and services.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Texas Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate home visits when necessary.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with families and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in early intervention or direct work with children facing developmental challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
