Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through preliminary interviews, documenting the full spectrum of cases from the initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Evaluate individual clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to identify specific needs and challenges.

• Design and implement tailored intervention and recovery plans that encompass a comprehensive suite of therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based approaches to promote engagement and progress.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, ensuring cohesive care management.

• Provide follow-up support for clients transitioning into outpatient care or those requiring hospitalization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Specialist at Silver Linings, you will provide services to a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems such as AVATAR.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working as a mental health counselor, particularly in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
