Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and psychosocial needs using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans that consider the client’s treatment goals, mental health issues, and personal circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other practices tailored to client preferences.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family counseling when appropriate, fostering a collaborative environment to promote healing and support.

• Staying informed on a client's progress, modify treatment plans and therapeutic strategies as necessary based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with fellow mental health professionals to discuss client care strategies and share insights.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role will empower clients to develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and achieve their mental wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, with a focus on maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• An understanding of best practices in mental health treatment, including evidence-based methodologies and their application in client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
