Job Title: LPN/LVN Profession: LPN/LVN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: LPN/LVN License required Certifications: CPR Certification Must-Have: Advanced skills needed: ability to access portacath or the willingness to learn. Description: General Comments Unit Specifics: Number of Beds: 25 Patient Ratios: 1:4 - 1:5 Unit staffing description: PCT on most shifts. Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 7P - 7A, 3 12-hour shifts, every third weekend. Unit Highlights: Newly renovated unit with a new call bell system, new vital sign machines, scales, and new IV pump. PTO Policy: One day and one night shift granted PTO at one time; work every third weekend.
