What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population, including infants through end-of-life adults
• Manage multiple acuity levels, including MedSurg, Stepdown, ICU, and trauma stabilization
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, manage ventilators, and administer critical care drips
• Collaborate with charge nurses, hospitalists, and ED physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Support trauma stabilization, stroke interventions, and complex medical cases
• Follow infection control policies, including proper PPE and hand hygiene

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• 2+ years of ED nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI or MOAB
• Skills: Critical care, ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, trauma care, stroke management

• Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR
• Prior travel or permanent RN experience in acute care settings
