This position is entirely remote, affording you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still having a strong connection to the vibrant team at Safe And Secure Counseling. You will benefit from flexible work hours, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a positive work-life balance. Our advanced teletherapy systems and electronic health record platforms facilitate efficient and effective client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual sessions to deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients, employing a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate patient care and share insights on treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients receive timely andappropriate care during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele from various socio-economic backgrounds facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your commitment to understanding their unique situations will empower them to lead more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid and active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient mental health counseling, including a focus on virtual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
