Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather essential client information, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions and group workshops that address significant issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health providers, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges. Your role will involve personalizing therapeutic strategies to accommodate varying cultural backgrounds and life experiences. By understanding their specific situations, you will empower your clients to achieve mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in your state or jurisdiction as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of supervised experience working directly with individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is desirable but not required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in working with a broad range of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, trauma, and various mood and personality disorders.
