Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their mental health needs, preferences, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assessing urgent situations and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, documenting treatment progress, ongoing assessments, and updates in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge for effective mental health management.

• Participate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n
