Job Description
Title: RN - OR

Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Shift Time: 06:30 - 15:00

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- Kansas RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Strong scrub experience
- Familiarity with DaVinci robot cases, large head and neck cases, neuro spine, and ex lap cases

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room
- Assist with surgical procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Collaborate with surgical team to ensure safe and effective care
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changing conditions
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care

Compliance / Notes:
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- Orientation: New employee orientation on Monday-Tuesday; nursing orientation on Wednesday-Friday
- On-call required, with up to 6 shifts per 13-week contract
- Holiday requirements as per scheduled days
